Authentic Tiramisu Recipe from Italy is an Italian dessert made with mascarpone and eggs . But to find mascarpone in all the countries is difficult and every one don’t eat raw eggs . Also you can use cream cheese , ricotta cheese or sour cream as the substitute to mascarpone . The delicious dessert can be taken as a sweet dish after dinner or lunch . Moreover, it’s found as the most favorite dish of coffee lovers . Children don’t like it often as it’s a bit sour in taste . Especially it’s famous in Italy for biscuits and pastries . Tiramisu dessert is one of the Italian traditions which is mostly made on Sundays . Furthermore it’s preparation time is almost 30 minutes and now you can put it in refrigerator for 3 hours

Equipment

  • baking pan (12×8 inch )
  • An electric stand mixer

Ingredients
  

  • 300 gram Savoiardi ladyfingers
  • 500 gram Mascarpone cheese
  • 4 medium eggs
  • 300 ml coffee
  • 2 tablespoons Marsala or rum
  • unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions
 

  • First of all you have to make coffee and then add 2 tablespoons of marsala or rum . Then set the mixture aside and let it cool . Now separate the yolk from egg white and whip it gently , but make sure there isn’t any trace of egg yolk .
  • Secondly you have to take a bowl and whip the egg white rigid and stiffed . If the egg white will not move when you turn around the bowl it means you have reached it . Now set it aside .
  • After that whisk the egg yolk with sugar in a separate bowl until smooth . Whisk it 3 to 5 minutes .
  • Now when it’s ready, add the mascopore cream
  • With the help of elastic mixer mix the cream slowly and add the stiffen egg white
  • Mix it with a spoon from top to bottom . Mix it until it gives a creamy texture .
  • Dip the Savoiradi ladyfinger into the coffee . Now place them in a glass cooking pan
  • Spread mascarpone cream gently on top of the Savoiardi .
  • Then put another layer of Savoiradi and cover it with more creamy mixture .
  • At the end sprinkle a bit of cocoa powder and let it be in the refrigerator for 3 hours before serving . Also you can add some flakes of chocolate for topping and taste
