  • 6-pound butternut squash(
  • 1 egg
  • Milk ½ cup
  • All-purpose flour ½ cup
  • ½ cup cornmeal
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 cup of oil

METHOD:

  • Firstly combine egg and milk in a small bowl. And mix well.
  • Then take another bowl. Add Cornmeal, flour, pepper, and salt into it. Firstly dip squash slices in the mixture of egg. Then dredge squash into the dry mixture.
  • Next, heat up the oil. And fry the squash until it gets golden brown.

SERVING:
