  • 300 g Italian Fusilli pasta Or 2 cups pasta
  • 2 medium size tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1 medium sized onion finely chopped
  • 4 spring onions and a bunch of greens
  • 8 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • To taste salt

Instructions:

  • Boil 5 cups of water in a big pan. When the water comes to a boil, add 1 teaspoon of salt and pasta, and then stir. Do what the package tells you to do and then eat!
  • Drain and put away.
  • When the pan is hot, add the butter. When the butter starts to melt, add some oil. Keep the heat on low or medium so that it doesn’t get too hot.
  • Add chopped garlic and sauté until the garlic smell is gone, then add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Onion: Add onion and cook until the onion is pink-ish.
  • Add tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes are mushy, then remove them from the heat.
  • Make sure everything is mixed together well.
  • Pasta should be cooked and mixed in with the sauce. This is how long it should take to cook. Turn off the heat.

Cook with the lid on for as long as the spring onion is done.
