- Baking sheet
- Small potatoes
- Garlic cloves
- Parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
Firstly slice potatoes into two halves. Then add the sliced potatoes and garlic cloves to a mixing bowl.
- Secondly add a bit of olive oil on the top with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Place it on a baking sheet and roast it for about 30 minutes.
- Next cut the broccoli removing any extra stalks.
- Add it in the same bowl of potatoes. And again add a bit of olive oil with salt and pepper.
- When potatoes are done with roasting, add the broccoli to the other side of sheet and roast it for 15_20 minutes.
- Then remove it from the oven and place in a clean bowl. Then add the parmesan and it’s ready.
Roasted potatoes and broccoli is ready to serve on the table. You can serve it as a side dish or as a dish in dinner or lunch. Also, you can have it with coffee sometimes.
