INGREDIENTS: 

  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles
  • ½ tsp toasted sesame seeds 
  • 1/3 cup beef stock 
  • 2 thinly sliced green onions
  • ¼ cup oyster sauce 
  •  Freshly grated ginger 1 Tbsp 
  • 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • Toasted sesame oil 1 Tbsp 
  • 1 pound lean ground beef 
  • 1 cup diced sweet onion
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced 

METHOD :

  •  Firstly take a pot to boil water and cook ramen noodles in the boiling water for 3_4 minutes. Next, raise it with cold water and drain. 
  •  Secondly, take a medium bowl. Add oyster sauce, beef stock, Sriracha, and rice wine vinegar into the bowl. 
  • Then in a large skillet heat sesame oil on medium heat. Add onion and ground beef and cook it for 3_4 minutes until the color of beef gets brown. After the beef crumbles, drain the excess fat. 
  • Now stir in ginger and garlic until fragrant. 
  • Then stir the mixture.
  • Keep stirring the ramen noodle until they completely mix up with the sauce for about 1_2 minutes. 
  • Next, garnish the noodles beautifully with sesame seeds and green onions. And easy recipe with. Ramen noodles are ready to serve.
