INGREDIENTS:
- 4 ripe bananas
- Wheat flour or all-purpose flour
- Baking powder
- Baking soda
- Oil
- Nuts
- Dry fruits
- Vanilla extract
- Banana extract
- Ground cinnamon
- Coconut flakes (optional)
METHOD:
- Firstly mash all the 4 bananas with a fork or masher. Make sure there isn’t any chunk left-back.
- Then add ¼ cup sugar. 2/3 cup oil, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 1 tsp banana extract in the mashed bananas.
- Stir until the sugar and bananas puree dissolves completely.
- Add the dry ingredients if you are willing to add them. You can add walnuts and some other dry fruits of your choice.
- Mix the dry and wet ingredients thoroughly.
- Secondly, pour the batter into the greased pan. And bake it in the preheated oven at 350F° for 50_55 minutes.
- Take it out from the oven once it is completely baked.
- Then let it cool for 10 minutes.
SERVING:
Eggless banana cake is ready to eat and served with a hot or cold coffee. Or with a banana milkshake.
