Beef jerky is so complicated. So I thought, why not to find something easier and somehow similar to it.
Although I loved beef jerky but I wanted to have something easier, which does not require whole night marination and dehydration.
Therefore I tried and experienced many different recipes and came up with the beef ships, which is easier and crispy.
Also, make sure your beef slices shouldn’t be more than 1/8 inch because the thinness will come out with crispiness.
Try to use an air fryer rather than a dehydrator because it will save you time a lot. Particularly these beef chips are of low carb and protein-rich. I usually enjoy this delicious dish in front of a TV show.
Especially the ingredients which we’re going to use in our recipe are easily available in a superstore. Also, you can get ready thin-sliced beef at any nearest store.
When I heard the name for the first time, I was so excited it tries it. And was craving to eat it. Although I had tried many other beef recipes but for me, this one was something special. And something different.

- ½ Ib sliced beef
- Salt ¼ cup
- Black pepper ¼ teaspoon
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder.
- Firstly put salt, garlic powder, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. And stir well.
- Next, sprinkle the seasoning on beef slices on both sides.
- Then migrate the beef into an air fryer. And make sure each slice is single staked. Or it will not be crispy. Air fryer it for 50_60 minutes at 200F. Secondly, let it cool for 6 minutes.
