We all have eaten a different kinds of cakes. But above all, the shape of the cake matters a lot. Especially giving an order for the cake of birthday we firstly think of shape and design. And we all always want to have some different and special every year.However, everyone goes for pineapple, red velvet or chocolate cake on their birthday. Not thinking to have something different this year. Therefore I came with the recipe of banana shaped cake to put something new into your minds.

In my opinion, we should try something new on our birthday party each year. Plus if we will know about different recipes and methods, we can save a lot of our money spending on commercial cakes and other snacks.

I always try new recipes in order to know all about cooking and baking because it’s my craze to practice new and authentic recipes. I was really enjoying it when I was making banana-shaped cake for the very first time. I was really excited about how the banana-shaped cake will come out from my refrigerator.

The sweetness taste and yummy banana flavour add a lot to the deliciousness of the cake. Especially for me, it’s something really different I’ve ever tried and taste. Moreover, the brown dots present on the cake are very eye-catching. Therefore you can attract the attention of your guest towards your marvellous presentation.

Furthermore, the chocolate ganache make kids really excited. Because kids are chocolate lovers. And when I was a kid, banana has always been my favourite flavour. So what will be the reaction of kids of you make this mixy flavoured banana and chocolate cake on the birthday party of your cute little kid. His friends are also going to praise you for it.

When we let the cake cool in the refrigerator, it then tastes really well. The required time for the refrigeration is 30 minutes, but you can give it much more time to have better results.

I usually let it cool in the refrigerator for about 1 and a half hours because I really love cold cakes. And especially if it’s banana flavour.

Banana shaped cakes are rarely found in stores. Therefore it’s 90% unique to be a part of your birthday party table.

Also, it is a proten rich cake because of the presence of banana flavour.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Cake sponge (anyone)
  • Chocolate ganache
  • Yellow fondant
  • Brown edible dust colour
  • Banana extract

Method:

  • Firstly cut the sponge of cake in the shape of a banana.
  • Make it two-layered.Secondly, put chocolate ganache and banana extract in between the layers and at the top of it.
  • Then put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Next take out it from the refrigerator. And roll the yellow fondant over it.
  • And cut the extra part of fondant.
  • Then add some spots as found on a banana with the brown edible dust colour.

SERVING:

The banana shaped cake is ready to serve on the decorated table.
