INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- Whipped cream and sugar for topping
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups mashed bananas
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- A can of crushed pineapple
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 4 large eggs (room temperature)
- Vanilla

- Friday preheat the oven to 330°. Flour and grease a 10_in pan.
- Then take a large bowl. Add sugar, flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking soda. Whisk all the ingredients properly.
- Take another bowl and add pineapple, bananas, eggs, oil, and vanilla. Add this mixture of bananas to the flour mixture. And keep stirring until moistened. Fold it into nuts.
- Secondly, pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Then bake it for 60_65 minutes until the inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool it for 10_15 minutes. Also, you can dust some confectioners, sugar if desired.
SERVING:
The next banana nut cake is ready to serve. Also, you can serve it with some extra bananas. And whipped cream. Also, some extra nuts can be added. If you need nuts in large quantities, you can put them in a bowl when serving them.
