  • ¾ cup granulated brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup mashed bananas
  • ½ Malik cup
  • 1 cup vegetable oil or corn oil
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 225 gram chocolate
  • ¾ cup whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp butter.

METHOD:

  • Firstly preheat the oven to 330°. Then spray the rack with vegetable oil.
  • Secondly, take a medium-sized bowl. Add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and sugar into it. And whisk all the ingredients together.
  • Thirdly take a large bowl. And add eggs into it. Add mashed bananas after mixing eggs. And stir it again with the help of a spatula. Add water, milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix all the ingredients gently.
  • Next, add the dry ingredients into the bowl of wet ingredients. And stir until fully combined. Make sure the batter is thin.
  • Then pour the batter into the pan. And bake it for 40_45 minutes. After that, take it out from the oven and let it cool. Next, we just have to do the frosting of the cake.

FROSTING:

Hear the cream and butter in a saucepan first. Also, you can heat it in a microwave. Bring it just to a boil. Immediately pour the boiling cream on chopped chocolate and leave for few seconds.
Then stir it until smooth. And let it go back to room temperature. Then mix it with a whisker until fluffy. Then spread ganache on the top of the cake.
