Ingredients: 

  • 1 egg
  • 2 breast slices
  • 500-gram chicken
  • ¼ cup milk 
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • Half tsp red chili powder
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • Quarter tsp chicken powder
  • Quarter tsp salt 
  • 1 tsp bar_b_q spice 
  • Half tsp baking soda 
  • 1 onion medium size 

Method: 

  • Take a chopper and add chicken into it. Chop it finely. 
  • Then add 2 slices of bread into it and chop again.
  • Now add chili flakes, bar b q spice, chili powder, green chilies, baking soda, onion, salt, and chicken powder. Mix well.
  • At the end add milk and egg. And chop the whole mixture again. 
  • Now take a baking container of square shape and spread the mixture in the container. Bake it for 15_20 minutes. If there is no oven at your home you can also use the microwave. On the timer of a microwave for 8_10 minutes.

Serving: 

Delicious chicken chunks are ready. Simply cut it into square slices and keep it in a freezer in an airtight box. Fry it at your snack time and enjoy a healthy meal with a great deal.
